Elbette bizlere verdi\u011fi sorumluluktan ve duydu\u011fu g\u00fcven vesilesiyle gururluyuz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck insanlar\u0131n hayat\u0131 milletlerin hayat\u0131na benzer; onlar ayn\u0131 zamanda milletimizin ge\u00e7mi\u015finde ayna, gelece\u011finde remz ta\u015flar\u0131d\u0131r. Bilge liderimiz de bizlere devlet olman\u0131n, millet olman\u0131n zarafet, nezaket ve g\u00f6n\u00fcl y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretiyor. Bu ama\u00e7la her T\u00fcrk kavminin \u201ck\u0131z\u0131lelma\u2019s\u0131, birlik ve beraberlik i\u00e7inde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmakt\u0131r. G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olman\u0131n nirengi noktas\u0131 ise T\u00fcrk kavimlerini iyi tan\u0131maktan ge\u00e7er; onlar\u0131n \u00f6rf, adet, gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerini \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in destanlar\u0131n\u0131, divanlar\u0131n\u0131, hikayelerini, hikmetlerini velhas\u0131l edebiyata dair b\u00fct\u00fcn ge\u00e7mi\u015fini iyi bilmemiz gerekir. Bunu \u00f6\u011frenmenin en iyi yolu \u015f\u00fcphesiz milletin ruhunu ve irfan\u0131n\u0131 kaleme alan \u015fair, yazar ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerimizi tan\u0131mam\u0131zdan ge\u00e7er. Cengiz Aytmatov son d\u00f6nem T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6y-k\u00f6y, kasaba-kasaba ve \u015fehir-\u015fehir tarif eden muhte\u015fem b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczd\u00fcr. Ve o\u011flunun okuyla bozk\u0131rda ebedi istirahatine \u00e7ekilmesi\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcmd\u00fcz, u\u00e7suz bucaks\u0131z bozk\u0131r\u0131n sesinde ge\u00e7mi\u015fimizin sesi duyulacakt\u0131; do\u011fum, evlenme, \u00f6l\u00fcm geleneklerini anlat\u0131l\u0131rken T\u00fcrk boylar\u0131n\u0131n unuttuklar\u0131 yeniden hat\u0131rlanmas\u0131 gereken ge\u00e7mi\u015f hik\u00e2yeleri anlat\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aytmatov, \u201ck\u00f6pe\u011fin sahibi varsa, kurdun tanr\u0131s\u0131 var\u201d derken asl\u0131nda Ergenekon\u2019u anlat\u0131yordu. T\u00fcrk boylar\u0131na&nbsp; \u201cher k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn bir de iyi yan\u0131 vard\u0131\u201d derken; bir ayetin anlam\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretiyordu(<strong><em>inne me\u2019al usri yusra)<\/em><\/strong>. O ayet her darl\u0131kta bir ferah vard\u0131r ayeti idi. Y\u00fcz y\u0131llar\u0131n K\u0131rg\u0131z, Kazak, Altay, T\u00fcrkmen ve \u00d6zbek boylar\u0131na yeni bir \u00fcmit oluyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu bahsettiklerim sadece bir eserinden ald\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toprak Ana, Beyaz Gemi, K\u0131z\u0131l Elma, Erken Gelen Turnalar-Sultan Murat, Di\u015fi Kurdun R\u00fcyalar\u0131, Cengiz Hana K\u00fcsen Bulut, Elvada G\u00fclsar\u0131, Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Sesli Manas\u00e7\u0131&nbsp; vs.&nbsp;&nbsp; eserlerin hepsinde bir tarih vard\u0131r, a\u015fk vard\u0131r, sanat vard\u0131r, do\u011fa vard\u0131r, umut vard\u0131r, ac\u0131 vard\u0131r; k\u0131sacas\u0131 insan ve k\u00e2inat vard\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda bu tarih bozk\u0131r\u0131n ve sonra bat\u0131ya g\u00f6\u00e7 eden binlerce boyun hikayesidir; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn tarihi do\u011fudan bat\u0131ya do\u011fru akar. Ve bizim gidi\u015flerimiz, hep bat\u0131ya \u00f6zlemimiz do\u011fuya matuftur. Bu nedenle, bizim bozk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131zda \u201cTrenler\u201d bat\u0131dan do\u011fuya giderler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anadolu\u2019daki O\u011fuz Boylar\u0131n\u0131n destanlar\u0131 ve t\u00fcrk\u00fcleri, t\u0131pk\u0131 do\u011fudaki K\u0131rg\u0131z, Kazak ve \u00d6zbek boylar\u0131n\u0131n destanlar\u0131 ve t\u00fcrk\u00fclerine benzer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muhte\u015fem b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz Cengiz Aytmatov\u2019un benim \u00e7ok be\u011fendim bir eseri daha var. Kazakistanl\u0131 \u015fair Muhtar \u015eahanov ile kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k sohbetini i\u00e7eren \u201c\u015eafak Sanc\u0131s\u0131\u201d\u2026 Bu eser \u00f6yle m\u00fckemmel ki, T\u00fcrk halklar\u0131n\u0131n gen\u00e7lerine, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na ve bilumum insan\u0131na; Kazak, K\u0131rg\u0131z, T\u00fcrkmen, \u00d6zbek vs. ne kadar \u015fair, yazar, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr, alim, sanat\u00e7\u0131, sporcu var ise bunlarla ilgili bilgi verirken irfan\u0131 erdemi ve g\u00fczelli\u011fi anlat\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kimler yok ki bu eserde\u2026 \u00d6nce muhte\u015fem destan\u0131m\u0131z Manas, Manas\u0131 bize ula\u015ft\u0131ran Manas\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u2026 O muhte\u015fem Manas ki, d\u00fcnyada e\u015fi benzeri yok\u2026 Bir bu\u00e7uk milyon m\u0131sra\u2026 D\u00fcnyadaki Bat\u0131ya ait b\u00fct\u00fcn destanlar\u0131 u\u00e7 uca ekleseniz yar\u0131s\u0131 bile etmez. Muhtar Avezov gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck alimlerimiz ki; o alimimiz Moskova\u2019da pant\u00fcrkist bir edebi literat\u00fcr olarak de\u011ferlendirilen Manas\u2019\u0131 savunmak i\u00e7in can\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Manas\u2019\u0131 bize aktaran, bize ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan J\u0131rc\u0131lar; Keldibek ile Bal\u0131k, To\u011folok Moldo,&nbsp; Yusuf Mamay, Sayakbay Karalayev\u2019in muhte\u015fem hayatlar\u0131\u2026 Kazak ve K\u0131rg\u0131zlar\u0131n ortak \u015fairi Jan\u0131bek ile Bav\u0131rcan Mamu\u015flu\u2019yu Cengiz Aytmatov\u2019dan \u00f6\u011freniyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manas\u2019\u0131 ilk kaleme alan \u00c7okan Velihanov\u2019u onun kaleminden duyarken, T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n muhte\u015fem g\u00fcre\u015f\u00e7ileri Hac\u0131 Mukan, Kojunbek B\u00f6ltirik\u2019i yine ondan \u00f6\u011freniyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenirken; iyili\u011fi, irfan\u0131, k\u0131ymeti yan\u0131na ekliyor; bencillik ve zalimli\u011fin milletimize verdi\u011fi zararlara y\u00f6nelik gen\u00e7li\u011fi ikaz ediyor. Yine me\u015fhur Mankurt hikayesinin sahibinin Sayekbek Karolayev oldu\u011funu Aytmatov\u2019dan \u00f6\u011freniyoruz. Aytmatov, mankurtlu\u011fun ve sadizmin, t\u0131pk\u0131 bat\u0131daki gladyat\u00f6rleri d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin her d\u00f6nemde oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylerken buna kar\u015f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck dayanma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kendi tarihimizi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc ve soyumuzu iyi bilmekten ge\u00e7ti\u011fini anlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aytmatov 250 milyonluk Sovyetler Birli\u011finin da\u011f\u0131larak 15 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z cumhuriyete ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 meselesi \u00fczerinde duruyor. As\u0131l meselenin ise T\u00fcrk Cumhuriyetlerinin gelecekte ne olaca\u011f\u0131 ve nas\u0131l davranmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi \u00fczerine tefekk\u00fcr edilmesi gereklili\u011fini belirtiyor. Evet hayallerimiz ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti ve art\u0131k T\u00fcrk Cumhuriyetleri ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z oldular\u2026 Bundan sonra \u201cbir\u201d olmay\u0131 \u201cbirlik\u201d olmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilirler. Ancak sormam\u0131z gereken bir soru \u00fczerinde duruyor: Maddiyat\u0131n, maneviyat\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ti\u011fi bu devirde gen\u00e7lerimiz ve dahi gelecek nesillerimiz bu sorumlulu\u011fu ta\u015f\u0131yacak kadar olgunlar m\u0131 ? Bu soruyu sorarken demokrasinin sonsuz \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, asl\u0131nda bir disiplin oldu\u011funu anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ve bunu anlat\u0131rken devlet idaresini baltaya benziyor: \u201c\u0130dare baltan\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131, demokrasi ise baltan\u0131n sopas\u0131d\u0131r, sap\u0131 tutan halk\u0131n elidir\u201d diyor. Me\u015fhur Norh\u015fahi\u2019den idarecilere \u00f6\u011f\u00fctler veriyor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHalk\u0131n siyah ekmek yiyorsa sende ye, Halk\u0131n bal yiyorsa sende ye, halk\u0131n siyah ekmek yerken sen bal yiyorsan g\u00fcveni kaybedersin\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve yine ekliyor: \u201cDalkavuk idarecinin belas\u0131 \u00f6v\u00fclmektir, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00f6v\u00fclmek idareciye zehirdir\u201d. Bu al\u0131nt\u0131y\u0131 da s\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn, kelimelerimizin dima\u011f\u0131 ve haf\u0131zas\u0131 olan Ka\u015fgarl\u0131 Mahmut\u2019dan yap\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylelikle; anayasa, demokrasi ve idare aras\u0131ndaki modern ba\u011flant\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6rneklerle gen\u00e7lere aktar\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cD\u00fcnyay\u0131 in\u015fa etmek; k\u00e2inattaki en \u00fcsteki varl\u0131ktan en alttaki varl\u0131\u011fa kadar adalet ve liyakatle olur\u201d derken T\u00fcrk tarihinin y\u00f6netim \u015feklini anlat\u0131r. T\u00fcrk tarihine dair ayr\u0131 bir b\u00f6l\u00fcmle T\u00fcrk kavimlerinin birlik yolunu g\u00f6stermi\u015f, tarihi bilmenin \u00fczerinde durmu\u015ftur. \u015eahanov \u201ctarihini bilmemek soysuzluktur\u201d derken, Aytmatov tarihimizi yazanlar\u0131n 1950\u2019lere kadar neler \u00e7ekti\u011fini \u00f6rneklerle anlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve tarihin \u00f6nemini anlat\u0131rken Farabi\u2019ye ba\u015fvurmu\u015f: \u201cBaba \u00e7ocu\u011fundan ne kadar mesul ise her millette tarihinden o kadar mesuld\u00fcr \u201d \u00f6rne\u011fini vermi\u015ftir. Aytmatov, \u00c7in yazmalar\u0131nda T\u00fcrk dillerinin Hunlar zaman\u0131nda ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, efsanemiz di\u015fi kurt Asena ve T\u00fcrklerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn boylara ayn\u0131 k\u00f6kten \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131n\u0131z mesaj\u0131yla anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130skit-S\u00fcmer tarihini kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p benzer y\u00f6nlerini dile getirirken; Hunlar, G\u00f6kt\u00fcrkler, Yenisey K\u0131rg\u0131zlar\u0131 ve Uygurlar\u2019dan bahsetmi\u015ftir. B\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk B\u00fcy\u00fcklerini: \u0130lteri\u015f Ka\u011fan, Bilge Ka\u011fan\u2019\u0131 anm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Aytmatov b\u00f6ylece \u00d6zbek, Kazak, K\u0131rg\u0131z, Nogay, Uygur, \u00c7uva\u015f Karapapak, Tatar, Ba\u015fkurt, Azerbaycan, Tuva, Hakan, Yakut, Altay, Gagavuz b\u00fct\u00fcn boylar\u0131n ayn\u0131 anadan do\u011fdu\u011funu g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zbeklere; k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc koruduklar\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcn eski eserlerimizi milli k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerinde saklad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u201c\u00f6z a\u011fam\u0131zd\u0131r\u201d tabirini kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dede Korkut\u2019un masallar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn boylar\u0131n ortak hikayesi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015f; tarihimizi, k\u00f6klerimizi anlat\u0131rken Olcas S\u00fcleymanov\u2019un Az-\u0130-Ya eserine referans vermi\u015ftir.
